Can I still use my property myself?
Yes. You can block out dates for your own use through your owner portal, or just let us know and we’ll arrange it for you
How often do I get paid?
We issue payments monthly after departure, along with a statement showing bookings, income, and any agreed costs available in your owner portal.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. We don’t tie owners into lengthy commitments. Our agreements run on a straightforward annual renewal basis, with the flexibility to cancel by giving the notice outlined in your agreement.
Do I need professional photos?
Good photos make a big difference. You can provide your own, or we can arrange professional photography at an additional cost if you prefer (subject to availability).
What kind of guests book with Trident Holiday Homes ?
We welcome families, couples, groups of friends, and international visitors. All guests are screened through our booking platforms and supported by our Irish-based team.
What if my property is seasonal?
That’s no problem. Many holiday homes in Ireland are seasonal. We’ll work with you to get the best results during peak times and manage bookings during quieter months.
Can I let more than one property?
Yes. We manage everything from individual cottages to clusters of holiday homes, with tailored support for each setup.
How will guests find my property?
