We really enjoyed our stay. We were made to feel very welcome. We enjoyed the lovely beaches and particularly like the town of Gorey. We stayed as a group with teenagers and a dog. We would thoroughly recommend the house and the area. A few small problems were dealt with very promptly and politely by the management. A great experience overall.

Just had a brilliant week in this house. The estate is quiet and the kids loved it. Highly recommend the Gastro Pub in Parklands next door to the estate. Food is excellent and a great takeway. Dave is very helpful and would definately go back again as we are so near Courtown and the beaches!. A really great family holiday location!

Sonya Harnett - 24/08/2016 11:26:25

I cannot speak highly enough about the house , location and local amenities. Dave and Susan were the icing on the cake. They were so warm , welcoming and helpful and it really felt like a home from home. The garden was fantastic and secure for our two year old daughter and our dog. The area was so dog friendly and everyone we encountered in Courtown and Gorey were so nice. Already looking forward to our next visit!!

Donal Byrne - 06/05/2016 12:41:04

We spent our Easter holidays at Glenbeg Point Holiday Homes. The house was very clean and well equipped. Susan and Dave were absolutely great. So friendly and helpful :). It's a perfect location to explore the counties Wexford and Wicklow and for us it was definitely a home away from home. We would come back anytime.

Nicole, Bernd and Alexander - 13/04/2016 23:25:14

The house was modern and served all our needs, it was great as it allowed dogs and had walled garden at the back. There was also plenty to do in the area, with courtown 5 minutes drive away and gorey 15 mins away. My daughter enjoyed horse riding near by. Dave and sue were very helpful.

We stayed in August and I have to say we had a great time. We were very lucky that the weather was great. The accommodation was central to everything we needed, Gorey being the main town and a great supermarket a mile away, across the road was a small beach which was perfect. The foot Golf which was a 5 min away was a great hit. The house had everything you needed and Dave and Susan were great. We would definitely recommend and we will be going back.

Louise White - 03/09/2015 09:32:49

Stayed here from 8th-15th August 2015 & luckily had very good weather. The property is located close to Courtown & there is a supermarket down the road a mile. Gorey is a 15 minute drive & curracloe is only 35 minutes away. The property itself is well maintained & we had a pet friendly house which was great as we brought our dog who had access to the house & a large garden. The house is modern & served all our needs well. There is a small beach just a 10 minute walk from the property which is handy if you don't fancy a drive. There is a very small playground onsite & a tennis court. The supervisors onsite, Dave & Susan were very helpful & only a phonecall away if any issues arose. Overall a very positive experience & we would go back again.

We spent a week in Glenbeg point holiday homes in august and would highly recommend. From the house itself which was very well equipped, and very clean, to the managers Dave and Susan who were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the area, our stay went very smoothly and was lovely. This house is in a very quiet development, ideal for families with young children, with the added bonus of a playground where ours spent all of their downtime making lots of new friends. It was a 5 min walk to a lovely quiet beach. It is a 5 minute drive to Courtown and about 10 mins to Gorey. A perfect base for exploring Wexford, our highlights were Wells House and Gardens, Ferrycarraig heritage park, Pirates Cove in Courtown, and Greenan Maze in Wicklow. The only drawback with our particular house was that the back garden was not enclosed, a must with a busy toddler! Otherwise it was perfect for our first family holiday.

Georgina Goonery - 18/08/2015 21:03:32

We just returned from a week in Glenbeg Point and would highly recommend the accommodation. Great central location for exploring County Wexford, and indeed Wicklow. Small very quiet beach 5 minute walk away; with three young children this was ideal for us. The quiet holiday village of Glenbeg Point has a childrens playground where ours spent all of their downtime, making lots of friends. The house was very clean and well equipped, even with high chair, travel cot and picnic bench outside. The only drawback was the back garden on our particular house was not enclosed which is a disadvantage with a busy toddler . Great location for family holiday. The property managers Dave and Susan were very helpful and knowledgeable on the area and amenities without being intrusive. We had a great weeks break there

Georgina Goonery - 15/08/2015 20:58:01

We stayed here for a week from the 14th July. We had a great holiday! these houses are perfect! Very clean and a home away from home. Susan & Dave are the perfect onsite managers. We had a small problem with the washing machine and it was sorted within 1 hour of contacting them. The playground was right outside our house - Fantastic! my girls loved the onsite tennis courts too. We will be going back there again. thanks for everything!

Lisa Doyle - 14/08/2015 23:57:13

We stayed in Glenbeg Point 1-8 August 2015. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had plenty if utilites. It was definitly a home away from home with the added bonus of the playpark being right on our doorstep.
Susan and Dave the onsite Managers were fantastic. They made a point of introducing themselves and explaining how to work the heating etc and gave us knowledge of the local area and plenty of ideas to keep our three boys entertained. They were very approachable about any small queries we had.
The Riverchapel location was a great spot. We were very close to Courtown harbour, only 5mins drive away and 10 mins from Gorey. My kids are already asking can we go back next year. Definitley one of the best family holidays we have had. Thank you

orla matthews - 11/08/2015 21:57:45

We stayed in Glenbeg Point for a week in June. It was our first family holiday with 4 young kids and it was just perfect, The house was fantastic and it was made so much better by Dave & Susan who were so helpful, friendly and effecient. We are already thinking of booking for next year and have passed on to all our friends and family. Would highly recommend.

I found Dave and Susan very helpful on arrival. I received a welcome pack full of exciting local attractions which our four children enjoyed. We booked for one week and extended our stay by 5 days. Excellent property great location friendly and helpful management we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend we will be back.

Andrea Holahan - 26/08/2014 22:27:48

We stayed here for a week. The house was completely kitted out with absolutely everything you could think of, even down to dishwasher tablets / washing powder and pegs!! The playground on site was an excellent addition which we would have been lost without. The house is close enough to Courtown (3 mins drive) but far enough away for peace and quiet at night time. The beach is a 7 minute walk away - longer on the way home as its all uphill (not the easiest walk with a baby in a buggy). Dave was more than accommodating in allowing us to drop off our stuff in the house on the first day and start our holiday early. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely stay here again. The kids (10 years and 2yrs) are still talking about it and asking when we are going back to "our holiday home"

Sinead Hogan - 19/08/2014 10:59:58

stayed for 2 weeks while waiting to move into our new home.
No complaints except the house was cold ,to be expected for the time of year

patricia mcevoy - 10/02/2014 17:52:45

Outstanding holiday homes. We were fortunate enough to have a week of good weather. Dave & Susan could not be more helpful, without being intrusive. Few minutes walk to a clean quiet beach. Courtown harbour a short walk away. No need to drive there. Exceptionally quiet – good to relax. Considering booking 2 weeks next year.

Gordon - 05/09/2013 10:41:24

I highly recommend this area to a healthy style of a family holiday. The house was very close to the beautiful beach. The workers were very welcoming and helpful. I would defiantly come back.

Olga Tservjatsuk - 04/09/2013 18:21:47

The house was clean with everything you could need. Dave at reception was v friendly and helpful.Only thing is its a bit to far away from Courtown if you not got a car dangerous road to walk especially at night v dark

yvonneoconnor - 28/08/2013 08:53:39

House was clean and had all the basics needed, supervisors were very friendly and helpful and dealt with any issues immediately, Nice beach 5 minutes walk away, quiet and safe, Gorey 10 minutes away, lots to do with kids, good for family holiday.

Caroline McDonald - 03/08/2013 11:36:37

Had a great week in Courtown - great weather really helped. House had all the essentials and was close to all amenities and attractions, while at the same time not on a main thoroughfare for noise and interruptions - perfect base. Would recommend this house to anyone with a young family - plenty to do, places to eat and local attractions.

Gerard - 30/07/2013 16:45:51
