Ideally located on the campus of the University of Limerick, Cappavilla holiday village is the ideal destination for those looking for a central touring base for counties Limerick, Clare and Galway.  The campus is located just 10 minutes’ walk from Limerick city centre.  This is one of the most beautiful University campus in Ireland having lots of wide open spaces with the majestic River Shannon running through it.   It is meticulously maintained,  offering a variety of accommodation during the summer months of June, July & August (including short breaks).  There are superb on site leisure facilities which include a 50m swimming pool, sauna & steam-room, top class gymnasium, 3 jogging tracks, tennis courts, Astro-turf, grass and all weather sports pitches - all free of charge to visitors.

This 3 bedroom apartment accommodation, all on one level,  has open plan living /kitchen/dining room.   There are 3 double bedrooms, both en suite.  Laundry room facilities are shared at an extra charge.  Parking, bicycle storage and WiFi access is complimentary to all guests.  There is a reception office open all week Monday to Sunday until 6.00 p.m but late check in is available on request.   The Pavilion Bar is next door to Cappavilla Holiday village and the Spar Convenience Store provides all the necessary supplies.

Situated on the banks of the River Shannon there are some lovely riverside walks and there are vast areas of green space offering safe children’s play areas, making this a great choice for families who like the outdoors. Visitors to Cappavilla can explore the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren and the West Clare and Galway coastline for a day trip, whilst closer to home, attractions and places of interest include King John’s Castle, Lough Gur, the National Technology Park, Thomond Park and the idyllic River Shannon and Lough Derg.
