What to know before you head off on your self-catering holiday!

Before you head off on your self-catering holiday here are a few reminders which we hope will help you enjoy your stay with Trident Holiday Homes.

PLEASE CALL YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER

Contact details for your Property Manager are included in the confirmation email you received when you made the final payment for your holiday.
You must call the Property Manager at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. You must call them to confirm your arrival time, key collection arrangements and to ensure he/she is aware of any extra's you may have ordered:

  • Cot & High Chair Hire
  • Towels Supply
  • Pet-Friendly House - in selected locations only
  • Wheelchair Access Holiday Homes

Our Property Manager's are delighted to share their local knowledge with you.

DID YOU KNOW?

  • Many local supermarkets offer an online and delivery service. If you wish to avail of this service the Property Manager will be happy to ensure the delivery arrives to your holiday home on the afternoon of your arrival.
  • Babysitters are available in most of our holiday homes. Should you wish to avail of this service a telephone number must be supplied by the Property Manager. Please note these services are not provided by Trident Holiday Homes and we cannot take any responsibility for any aspect of the services provided.
  • In peak season many local restaurants require a prior reservation so do check availability to avoid disappointment.
